Patricia Montes, Carolina Diaz, José Antonio Pérez and Ricardo Nugent are the members of KAPAJORY TEAM. We are four people from four different backgrounds who share the desire of learning as much as possible about business life and the ambition for success. This International Business Game is for us a new experience and a great opportunity that we cannot pass up. It will be useful to put into practice what we are dealing with in our business school. It is a challenge and absolutely enriching experience. It is also very interesting to meet new people and interact with students from different countries, cultures, studies and interests. We are looking forward to exchanging our knowlegde!

We have wide spectrum of knowledge that can be put together in sinergy to reach better goals. Four fields are covered in our group: engineering, economics and finance, health and tourism. So we are an open-minded team with complementary skills and techniques of working. Following the Belbin theories, each of us fullfils a role which balances the team.
