Final exams...
Writing an entry for the RubiBlog is actually not
what I am supposed to do right now. Tomorrow are my last two exams
for my first semester of my studies. Especially one of the exams is
not a test that anybody at BiTS will describe as “rather simple”.
Besides the final exam in “applied business
informatics”, I also have to deal with the final in “business
law”. This includes that my desk at home is covered with a huge
pile of notes from the lecture, a copy of the German Civil Code
marked with post-its, a lot of loose post-its, a coffee mug and the
last remains of Christmas cookies – If I get my mark due to the
“studied-hard”-look of my desk, I definitely get the best.
It is obvious, that spending so much time on learning
does not leave much time for my work at Rubicon Contest. I have a
slightly bad conscience that I just do the things that need to be
done right now (This entry seems a little bit like an alibi). But
writing eleven exams in less than two weeks is a good excuse. And I
am not the only one facing this pressure.
Tomorrow, I am not the only one who finished all the
exams and the lectures for the semester. I really look forward to
this and of course the “end-of-the-semester”-party to be honest. |
