Who cares about lectures?
This is it. While nearly all of my fellow students enjoyed a long
sleep in, I had to get up early. It was really hard to get out of bed
because of two reasons: The first is, that I am exhausted by all the
final exams of the last weeks. Tobias already mentioned the final in
business law, but lucky me I “only” had 10 final exams. The other
one is more obvious: Yesterday I was attending the end-of-term party.
I do not have a hangover, but sleeping a little bit longer would have
been nice.
Work hard – Play hard. But back to Rubicon Contest, which is
apparently the reason why I had to get up that early. Today, we had a
nice breakfast in the office, but more important was the second
kick-off meeting. The first one took place nearly two months ago,
when we gathered as the organizational team of 2010 in the first
place. The difference is, that now we have no lectures, presentations
or exams any more. Now each team member has nearly unlimited time to
take care of the competition. And it is a good feeling not to see the
deadline of an assessment. So let's get really started with
organizing Rubicon Contest 2010... |
