Part-time job Rubicon and what the heck is Green Business?
Finally no more tests. This should be the time to do such great things like organizing Rubicon with eleven fellow students. But like always, there is somebody who does not want that. In my case, this was the big bad Mr. Guidelines who wanted Ilka and me to attend an exercise week. Not optional and with graded presentation in the end. Great. And it's not like I didn't have anything to do at Rubicon. The Applicationform had to be designed and implemented into the new website. There were E-Mails waiting to be answered, and not colloquial, but in a very formal way. Not my strong suit. But there was no point in fighting, and so I hopped between classes, working and presenting for four days. "And then, there was light" - or Friday. No more classes. No more cursing at the laptop because the program wasn't working like I wanted it to. But still no time to rest, the next job is waiting right around the corner.
What the heck is Green Business?
Changing gears early? Not likely. Only serve ecological produced food at the Christmas-Party? Not really. Drive a smaller BMW? Those are not the key issues, which want to be solved. But maybe Mr Walthers new book "Green Business - the Billion Dollar Deal" comes along with some answers, so today I used my library pass for the first time. My mother is definitely proud. I hope that 250 pages later I will know more about CSR, Supply Chain Management and all those other interesting issues which based our decision to make it our lead topic. Well, now back to work. So.
