Everyday something happens in the office of Rubicon Contest 2010.
Some is informative, some is funny, and sometimes it is just full of curiosity. The RubiBlog will give an opportunity to look behind the scenes when students organise an international contest for business students.

Who cares about lectures?
This is it. While nearly all of my fellow students enjoyed a long
sleep in, I had to get up early. It was really hard to get out of bed
because of two reasons: The first is, that I am exhausted by all the
final exams of the last weeks. Tobias already mentioned the final in
business law, but lucky me I “only” had 10 final exams. The other
one is more obvious: Yesterday I was attending the end-of-term party.
I do not have a hangover, but sleeping a little bit longer would have
been nice. |

Final exams...
Writing an entry for the RubiBlog is actually not
what I am supposed to do right now. Tomorrow are my last two exams
for my first semester of my studies. Especially one of the exams is
not a test that anybody at BiTS will describe as “rather simple”. |

Network “Rubicon”
In less than two months Rubicon Contest 2010 will start. I already look
forward meeting a lot of new and interesting
students from all over the world in the days of the event. You do not just chat with them here
in Germany, add them to your friends-list on facebook and just follow
sometimes what they post there – actually I kept contact with many
of them. This international network of friends, which is not only an
advantage while travelling, is also helping right now organizing
Rubicon 2010. I do not only speak of the word of mouth on Rubicon
Contest that advertises this year's challenge. |
