Our team is a good blend of analytical, technical, financial and entrepreneurial skills i.e. all the skills required to successfully run an organization. We believe we have the zeal and passion in us to face daunting tasks and challenges. We believe we work best as a team to get the most out of us. We set goals which are considered well above achievable levels, make sure we achieve those goals and then we raise the bar for ourselves.

We have a very diverse team with respect to our experiences, skill set and interests and hence we are able to look at problems from various different perspectives.

Below is a brief description of all the team members:

Siddharth Ladsariya

A full time MBA student concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Siddharth had started a successful venture as an entrepreneur before coming to Simon School of Business. He invested money on behalf of his clients in the emerging markets such as India and gave them robust double digit returns. His clients were spread across the world with most of them concentrated in USA. He is an active member of the Simon Entrepreneurship club and also features in the Dean’s List of Simon school for the Fall Quarter.

Sandeep Pati

Prior to joining Simon, Sandeep was working in India for Tata Consultancy Services, the largest consultancy firm in Asia. He was working with their investment banking group catering to clients in the emerging Africa and Middle-East markets. He is planning to concentrate in finance, corporate accounting and competitive and organizational strategy. His short-term goal is to work in the corporate finance division within an investment bank. He also features in the Dean’s List of Simon school for the Fall Quarter.

Vivek Damodaran

A full time MBA student concentrating in Competitive and Organizational Strategy, Finance. His passion lies in strategic business development and process improvements, ranging from consulting for a research project aimed at improving the acoustic design of an E-learning centre at college to providing cost savings in millions of dollars for his client.

Himani Sheth

Having a background in Information technology, she quickly rose the ranks in her previous organization “Lehman Brothers”. Himani has won an international competition “Thinkquest”  where she worked in an internationally diverse team to build a website on Space Research. She is an active member of the Simon Entrepreneurship club and also features in the Dean’s List of Simon school for the Fall Quarter.
