Team UEM is composed of four college students from very different areas (law, engineering, and economics), but with a common interest: business administration. Due to this, our team creates a diverse, dynamic, and young work group, being able to provide ideas on a single subject from very different viewpoints, thus making the taken decisions be efficient and complete.

On the other hand, we struggle to always put forth fresh and creative ideas. In order to do so, our main priority is taking a global and interconnected view of the world, in such a way that allows us to understand the possible ramifications of our actions in the business world and other aspects of our lives.

For this purpose, we are willing to work together in order to reach a common goal – the only goal that truly matters: obtaining the maximum profit without damaging our world, being both socially and environmentally conscious.

We’re anxiously waiting for the contest to start, ready to learn as much as we can from the experience.
